Hi, I can’t seem to find the complete program. In the past, a couple of weeks before the conference, I could access the program, look at the other talks scheduled, and also see when my talk is scheduled. I can’t tell if there are any events scheduled for Thursday – the conference is advertised as running March 20-22, but there is nothing listed for Thursday that I can find. All of this makes planning for the trip rather difficult. I will be missing class and other events at my home institution on the days I will be traveling, and therefore I’d like to minimize the time away.

There were multiple delays in getting the abstracts sent from the APS office. The staff was in Denver for the March meeting and the office in Maryland was closed on Monday because of inclement weather. Regardless, the program is now finalized and a PDF file can be downloaded above.

Registration starts 5 PM Thursday evening at the Hunter Welcome Center. Pizza and refreshments will be available, hosted by our SPS chapter.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone in Abilene. We are anticipating over 200 physicists from Texas and neighboring states. The weather forecast looks good with partly cloudy skies and highs near 80 on Thursday and Friday.

      Have a safe trip.
