The ACU Maker Lab was buzzing with creative energy during the month of June, hosting its annual Maker Academy for fourth through eighth-grade students. The students designed boats, built and flew tetrahedral kites, wired desk lamps and soldered small portable stereo speakers. These young makers had a blast, engaging in team-work, curiosity, creative problem solving and making.
