“Iran protests: BBC identifies many more people killed in demonstrations after Mahsa Amini’s death,” 12-6-22.

What does this phrase mean?  He called for “revolutionary reconstruction of the country’s cultural system.”  The people think something different than he does—they think reconstruction means then end of his so-called theocracy.  It is a military dictatorship wrapped up in a cleric’s turban.  “Khamenei calls for overhaul of Iran’s cultural system,” Reuters, 12-6-22.
