Interesting.  This is one of the few Regime attempts to explain away allegations.  They usually say something like “baseless.”  Here they try to weave reasons why these assassination attempts cannot be backed by Iran.  But when you read carefully, and of course when you consider what the FBI has (even if you only know from open sources), then the Iran claims fall apart.  “What is the truth behind U.S. accusations of Iran’s role in terror plot?,” Tehran Times, 11-9-24.
