Cyber-SLAPP on Best of the Web
There’s all sorts of great Comm Law content in the first item of James Taranto’s Best of the Web column Thursday. It includes a motion to quash a subpoena, a shield law argument by a blogger (which is one of the sticky points about shield laws), and discussion of a SLAPP action.
