Meet Maggie McAlister

Maggie McAlister is a senior from Abilene, Texas. She is studying English with a minor in History.

Maggie is a member of the social club Alpha Kai Omega, and works as a camp counselor for ACU Leadership Camps during the summers. She is also a member of the National History Honor Society, Phi Alpha Theta.

After graduating, Maggie hopes to pursue a M.A. in English and a doctorate in Folklore Studies. If her plan to be a college professor falls through, her back up plan is to be a florist or own a coffee shop – she hasn’t quite decided. Maggie would like to thank God, her friends, and her family for helping her along over the years, and for loving her without regard to whether or not it is easy that day.
