Students from across Abilene ISD Million Word Reader Program visited the ACU Maker Lab on May 15 and 16 to celebrate reading over 1,000,000 words during the school year. They enjoyed Maker Lab projects, tours and tool demonstrations. Students had the opportunity to design and make several projects during their visit. School districts represented included Clack, Craig, Madison and Mann. Over 300 students were expected at ACU during the two-day event!
