In an effort to support social distancing throughout the campus, many classes have moved to new locations, including twenty classes to be held in the Library. The Packer Forum is converted into a classroom space for the Fall 2020 semester for twelve classes and the Core Classroom is reconfigured to support eight smaller classes with social distancing. The passing period between classes has been increased from ten to twenty minutes to allow time for cleaning each classroom before and after use. More than 78% of ACU classes will be taught face to face; about 8% will be online to alleviate pressure on classroom spaces and to accommodate faculty who have specific health concerns; and 14% will be independent study and internships.
