In 2020, the Innovation Foundry, through funding from the Provost’s office, offered Adobe Certified Associate certification exams to ACU students free of charge. Adobe Certified Associate certifications are an industry-recognized credential that effectively validates one’s expertise in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. These certifications not only show one’s technical skills within the Adobe apps, but include knowledge of design, copyright, and working with clients. Certifications are available in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate, and Dreamweaver.
Throughout the year, more than 50 students certified in one or more Adobe applications. A total of 45 Photoshop, 6 Illustrator, 3 InDesign, 9 Premiere Pro, 2 Animate, and 2 After Effects certifications were earned.
