Scholars Lab Construction (In Progress)
If you haven't been in the library here at ACU since before the summer, you may not recognize it anymore! There have been some major renovations taking place on the main and upper floors; one of them being the construction of the Scholars Lab! Construction on the Scholars Lab began in May of this year, and is still going on. That's right, it's actually not quite finished. There are a few more tasks to be completed, but the major changes have been made. You can see a few pictures of what the space currently looks like, once we get all our furniture, we will post the final "after" pictures.
This is the main space in the lab, it has a screen for presentations and video-conferencing. It will also host two high-powered computers for use by students and faculty.

Just to give you a point of reference, here are some "before" pictures after construction had begun. It looks pretty different, and we're excited to get our space up and running soon! Look for an announcement about our Grand Opening, happening later this semester!
