There were several questions at the town hall meeting regarding the deferral of ACU’s Retirement match. Please refer to the email from Kevin Campbell on September 22nd that explains it further.  If you would like to adjust your contribution to your retirement plan, please complete this form and return to HR.  If you have any questions, please contact HR and they will assist you in making those adjustments.  Remember to “Do your part” to help ACU stay residential for the Fall and Spring semesters.

Good news about benefits!  There will be no changes to premiums, plan designs, or carriers for 2021! The 2021 Benefits Enrollment Guide is now available for employees to review.  Open enrollment will be November 2-6 and all employees will need to login to their myACU portal, go to Quicklinks, Benefits Enrollment to access your enrollment.  If you need help with enrolling in benefits, please schedule an appointment through the Benefits Enrollment Calendar.  All employees must complete their enrollment no later than November 6th or they will not have coverage for 2021, including the benefits ACU provides.

The Wellness Program will remain the same for 2021. In order to receive the reduced premium amounts for 2021, employees and spouses enrolled in ACU’s medical plan will need to complete an annual physical exam and either the biometric screening or preventive lab work between October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021.  The additional cost for not participating in the wellness program is $50 a month and is awarded individually for the employee and spouse.

Don’t forget about the 100% tuition discount available for employees who want to continue their education through ACU Dallas in both Graduate and Undergraduate programs.  Please refer to the Employee Tuition Benefit Program for more information..
