- Communication – Blog is ready to be posted, just waiting on IT’s availability
- Benefits and Advocacy – doing some benchmarking w/ other schools regarding maternity
- Service – nothing new to report
- Development and Recognition – Arthur noted he still needed to write the announcement regarding the John C. Stevens award
- Bylaw committee – nothing new to report
- Thank you notes for staff – please look at the Google doc that was started and add any names you feel we should thank – do this by Friday – Sam will then provide each of us a list of names we are responsible for thanking.

- Announcements
- Amber asked about our Town Hall meetings; whether or not we were going to offer any. Sam feels the university has done a great job keeping us informed, so in some ways we may not need them. Many would probably prefer a face-to-face meeting, although the Zoom meetings have worked well. There are still areas that have not been addressed, such as changes for athletics and more information about on-going construction. It may be a good idea to have Linda Bonnin share her presentation with everyone. It was very informative.
