    • Anna McLeod, WBB was asked to be a part of the 3 point contest on ESPN at the final four

      • 40% have already voted as of today for the new senators – closes Friday 9th

    • Allen Ward, Director of Athletics
      • March Madness
      • Move to the WAC
    • Craig Fisher – Day of Giving, Asst. VP for Alumni & University Relations
      • April 27 – this would be the 4th day of giving for ACU. 24-hour window that we will engage the alumni, staff, faculty, friends and family of ACU. Nine different funds to choose from. Leaders have been encouraged to offer incentives to their staff for participation.
    • Staff Event/Gift
      • Gift to each staff member. Reached out to a local vendor (3 cookies/brownies ind. Wrapped with saying.  Each senator could break up the staff list and hand-deliver those items.  We are hoping to have a big celebration once covid restrictions are lifted. Delivery date – Thursday, April 22nd. Service committee will update senators with instructions.
    • Updated bylaws
      • The updated bylaws are ready to be posted. However, we do need to still look at the bylaws that will include the grant-funded positions.  This will require more conversation and should be moved to the next term.
    • Staff Senate recognition
  • It has been proposed that we have Staff Senate t-shirts
  • Wear during opportune times (town hall, delivery days, purple Friday)
  • Also, include title on email signature during term
  • Put some type of sticker on desk or nameplate on door
  • Refuge Ranch – Family First is offering an opportunity for families to enjoy time at the Ranch and are looking for volunteers to work. We are unable to offer financial assistance at this time.

    2. Town hall on April 13th in Teague
    3. Goal to meet in person in May!!!
