Howard Schatz: an ophthalmologist who after a successful academic life as a retina specialist, turns his hobby into a very prominent career. One of my favorite commercial photographers these days. Very creative and always pushing his imagination beyond the expected.

All, I forgot to mention this during our first class today, but there’s a photo rental shop in town. Steve Templeton is a great guy, and has a shop full of toys and candies for you!! He has a great collection of both Nikon and Canon gear, at affordable cost. Consider renting for your school or professional projects, or if you’d like to try some lenses or cameras before you decide to but.

Really cool stuff. I love her broad photographic style. From fashion to editorial to portraits, etc.

  3. Very nice works and styles.

  4. Thanks for sharing, Sandra. Very interesting points here, not just how photography improves presentation, but also receptivity, as it reaches our emotional side. They are the same pets, different light, background, and props, but beyond that, the shots provide hope, happiness, playfulness, and so on. Cool!

  5. Aaaah — so nice! I particularly enjoy the variety of styles. From food only, to ingredients, and then the people. Her portfolio is wonderful. Thanks for sharing!!

  6. Very good pointers with DOs and DON’Ts.

  7. Welcome back everyone! I hope you are as excited as I am for this course in advanced photography. Please make sure to check this blog frequently, adding posts and comments along the semester.
