Libel case could relax defamation laws
This is the latest in England’s attempt to curb libel tourism, essentially the use of England’s libel laws by people outside the country to raise their chances of prevailing or to increase damages. And I will admit part of my interest in linking to this story is simply so i can post a picture of The Gillettes.
