Saw this ad today by Domino’s Pizza in which the chain references a 2000 appeals court decision in a lawsuit against Papa John’s slogan “Better Ingredients. Better Pizza.” Domino’s lost the suit but now is using the findings that those claims were advertising “puffery” in its own television ad. More »
