The supplemental information in this portfolio includes several important categories. The first category is Letters of Recommendation. These are letters that I solicited from colleagues to demonstrate my proficiency in teaching, scholarship, service, and collegiality. The second category is Notes from Students. None of these notes were solicited. Finally, I have included my yearly Faculty Evaluations.
