In this section I will reflect on the courses that I have taught more than once. You will notice that the graphs summarizing the evaluations seem to be incomplete. They start at Fall 2011 and end Fall 2014, when it would be ideal for them to end Spring 2016. Spring 2015 evaluations were still under the old system for me; I did not participate in the pilot of the new system because I wanted more data for the graphs for this portfolio. Ironically, this data was never shared with me even after multiple requests, so I do not have it. These data from the new system, IDEA-CL, do not correspond well to the information given on these graphs, so they were not included. I have two semesters of IDEA-CL data for my courses, Fall 2015 and Spring 2016. The information from IDEA-CL generated for labs across the two semesters is also inconsistent. Despite this, I have found that like the old evaluation system, the qualitative comments from the students are the most useful. I have used these comments in the more detailed reflections. The other data that were collected by IDEA-CL were consistent to what I had learned from the previous evaluation system. Most of my growth in my teaching occurred within the first couple of years of teaching at ACU. I have tweaked my teaching in various ways in the past few years, but not have had to do any major rethinking of the way I teach recently.
