The Innovation Foundry offers Online Academic Technology Help (Tech Chat) that features resources and a chat window for anyone that requires just-in-time help completing their technology-based coursework remotely.
When more help is needed than can be answered in the chat window, Innovation Foundry will initiate a Zoom session to assist students or faculty.
“Educational technology is beginning this service in the midst of a need to provide access to academic technology know-how in a changing landscape. We intend to continue the service even after students return to campus so that they have a new home for how to complete their digital projects and coursework,” says Stephen Rektenwald, Assistant Director of Innovation Foundry.
