Our Online Academic Technology Help features resources and a chat window for anyone that needs just-in-time help completing their work remotely. If you need more help than can be answered in our chat window, we can start a Zoom session that automatically starts as a screen share. At the current time, we are staffing the chat Monday through Friday, Noon – 5 PM, but if we aren’t here, submit a question and we will get back as soon as we are available.

Canvas Studio
Canvas Studio is a communication tool that allows instructors and students to actively collaborate through video and audio media.
Studio’s interface lets students and instructors engage with media content by commenting directly on the media timeline. Students can learn from each other’s insights as well as from the instructor’s direction and feedback.
Media owners can also view media engagement through user analytics. Unlike other media sites, Studio analyzes views on a per-user basis.
Studio integrates with Canvas for a seamless learning experience. Studio media can be embedded in the Rich Content Editor, which is available in multiple feature areas including Assignments, Discussions, and Pages.
Google Drive - File Stream
Google Drive File Stream is a desktop application that allows you to quickly access all of your Google Drive files on demand, directly from your computer without losing precious drive space. With Google Drive File Stream, your files are stored on the cloud instead of your computer, and any changes you make are automatically synced with the cloud for quick, easy access anywhere you have an Internet connection.
- Download Google Drive File Stream for Mac or Windows. You must be logged into your Google account to see this page.
- Run the installation package.
- Log into the portal with your ACU Single-Sign-On.
- Select Allow on the required permissions prompt.

What is LinkedInLearning?
LinkedIn Learning is a web-based training library ranging from photography, video production, 3D animation, educational programs, and lots more. LinkedIn Learning isn’t just for the techie type; many tutorials are designs for beginners to learn, innovate, and design new programs on their very own without the need for massive training or experience.
Who can use it?
Anyone can use LinkedIn Learning with their myACU login information from anywhere with an internet connection. With its unlimited access, on-the-go learning, and custom playlist options, ANY student, instructor, or staff member can learn an extensive variety of programs from the most basic to the latest technology applications. They can also share certificates for completed tutorials on their LinkedIn profile.
