Though campus is mostly closed, the library has implemented extra measures to keep everyone safe and healthy and Special Collections and Archives has remained available to students and faculty for on-site research by appointment only. Several librarians and staff have partnered to bring new or improved digital content to our community of users. Mac Ice, Director of Special Collections and Archives explains, “Library staff have been working on transcribing handwritten letters, preparing some fascinating and useful sound recordings, improving access to our print and digital collections. As work progresses, Special Collections will use its blog and social media platforms to keep everyone informed.”
