Born and raised in Stephenville, Texas, Scotty Elston (’83) grew-up on his family-owned dairy and hay farm.  His appreciation and passion for agricultural science developed from a young age.

Elston graduated with a B.S. in Agricultural-Business.  Later he graduated from Texas A&M University’s Department of Agricuture economics Executive Program for Acricultural Producers. More »

Jennifer Grimes, DVM, graduated from A&E in 2003 with a degree in animal science.  While at ACU, she was very involved in multiple organizations across campus including Aggie Club, the Students’ Association, and Ko Jo Kai.  As an Aggie Club member she served as Block and Bridle President, Aggie Club Co-Secretary, member of the Rodeo Club and an  inductee of Delta Tau Alpha.

Following her graduation from ACU, she completed a 6 month  internship under Dr. Joe Noble at the Lazy E Ranch in Guthrie, Oklahoma, as a foaling attendant.  She graduated from  the College of Veterinary Health Sciences at Oklahoma State University in 2008 with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree. Jennifer then went on to complete a rotating medicine and surgery internship at Arizona Equine Medical and Surgical Centre in Gilbert, Arizona.  She is currently an associate veterinarian at Belton Veterinary Clinic in Belton, Texas.
