Description: In this lecture we continue our analysis of harmonic oscillators by introducing forcing terms to each equation. We consider a variety of methods: exponential response, variation of parameters, and method of undetermined coefficients for determining particular solutions in these cases. We conclude our discussion by considering parameters responsible for solution behaviors leading to small oscillations to the beats phenomenon and finally resonance.
