This section of the portfolio is devoted to an annual breakdown of my experiences at ACU. The content is summarized below with links to narratives for individual years and each year is outlined in the sidebar to the right for easy navigating. The main purpose for this section is to analyze my annual reviews (annual goals forms are linked below), demonstrate reflection and growth, and provide an overview of my progress as a professional from year to year.

This series of reports is also issued in response to specific language in the tenure and promotion guidelines calling for applicants to use the goals forms as the basis for creating their pre-tenure portfolios.
