The course blends academic rigor with an environment ripe for deep, personal, and lasting encounters with Jesus.

Capture the vision of Leadership Summit from our speakers, faculty, and students
In 1998, Leadership Summit was founded by Tim Johnston, Mike Winegaert, and Dr. Rick Lytle. This dynamic team of godly people desired to create a program and experience where students would be challenged to commit their lives fully to Jesus Christ as they prepared to enter the marketplace. Conducting this program in the mountains was a strategic choice to get students away from the noise and distractions of life and to embrace the noble mission of being faithful leaders in the workplace.
