Description: Regression analysis is the statistical tool we use to determine if a casual relationship exists between two random variables. We will discuss the idea of correlation as different from causation and use linear regression to determine predictive models for analysis. Some attention will be given to regression types different from linear and trends observed in a scatter plot.
