Student Financial Services would like to remind all Faculty and Staff who plan to take advantage of the Tuition Discount Benefit to complete the form found on line at acu.edu/campusoffices/hr/form/tuition-benefit.html. UPDATE: THIS FORM MUST NOW BE COMPLETED EACH YEAR. Discount will not be applied to the bill until the form is completed. Please call the Depot (X2300) if you have questions.
Ordering a catered meal from Aramark is fast and easy. Simply go to ACU’s Catering site (link to: https://acucatering.catertrax.com/) and choose either Premier Catering or Casual Catering to begin. Please remember that ACU has exclusive guidelines for catering with Aramark. If you are having an event or a meal on campus, it is imperative that you order from Aramark in order to remain in compliance with the guidelines. Not following these directives can lead to financial penalties for ACU. If you have any questions about catering, please contact Teena Kincaid in University Events at kincaidt@acu.edu.
Old PAFs will not be accepted by payroll starting 5/15/2012. To download the newest version of the PAF, as well as details on the changes made, please visit the HR website. To avoid a delay in processing and payment of employees, please make sure you have the most current PAF file downloaded to your computer. PAFs will be returned if they are not on the correct form.

If your physician has ordered clinical laboratory testing and you are looking for lower costs, you may want to consider using Quest (http://www.questdiagnostics.com/home.html) or LabCorp. (https://www.labcorp.com/wps/portal/)
If your doctor’s office orders lab work, xrays, MRI’s, etc. for you, keep in mind that getting these services done at a stand alone facility will be less expensive then having them done in a hospital. Check your the provider list at www.bcbstx.com and ask your doctor’s office to send you to a provider like Quest Diagnostics, Abilene Diagnostic Clinic, or Dr. Jay’s for a less expensive option.

As the end of the fiscal year 2012 approaches on May 31, we want to inform you of some very important dates related to the university’s fiscal year-end. There will be periodic benefit Q&A meetings each month. The next one will be on April 10, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Campus Center Living Room.
As an ACU student or faculty/staff member you are eligible for a discount on your personal AT&T phone bill. Faculty/Staff qualify for a 15% discount and students are eligible for a 10% discount. See details.
Have you registered on BlueCross Blue Shield’s website yet? If not, please take the time to do so. Go to www.bcbstx.com, click on the “Login” button in the top right, click on the “I’m a Member button,” next to the Username form field, click on the link “Need a User Name? Register now.” Use the information on your BCBSTX ID Card to complete the registration process. This site hosts a wealth of useful information.
