University Procurement Office makes all of your departmental shipping easy! You can do all of your UPS shipping straight from your desktop and have it charged directly to your purchasing card with discounted rates. If you do not have a log in setup or have questions about this service please contact University Procurement Office at x2246 or email at purchasing@acu.edu.  For your personal shipping needs, please use the UPS kiosk located at the customer service counter within The Campus Store.

Need Copy Paper? If you need to buy copy paper please order it from the University Procurement Office Warehouse and not from Staples. The Staples price per case for 30% recycled copy paper is $44.99; if you buy it from the warehouse you will pay $26.80 per case. That is an overall savings of $18.19 per case by purchasing it from us. If you need assistance with placing an order with the warehouse please contact us via e-mail at purchasing@acu.edu or call extension 2246.

If you have remaining funds in your 2014 flexible spending account, you may use your Discovery Benefits Visa Card through 3/15/2015 if you are staying on the HCA for 2015. If you are moving to the HRA begining in 2015, you MUST use up all of your Flex funds by 12/31/14.  

**Failure to empty your Flex funds will result in not being able to use your ACU and personal contributions to your HRA until 4/1/15.**

Advancement Services will be closed for Christmas and New Year’s holidays from December 24 through January 2.  Any checks postmarked by December 31 will still be gift receipted as 2014 gifts.  However, for credit card gifts to be receipted as a 2014 gift, the credit card transaction must be completed by December 31.

If you wish to mail a credit card gift, it should reach our office no later than Tuesday, December 16.  Or, you may call our office at 674-2612 to make a gift by phone.  Finally, you may make a gift at our secure, online site until 9:00 p.m. (CST) on December 31 by following links from the ACU Homepage (www.acu.edu) or going directly to www.acu.edu/giveonline and click on “Give online by credit card.”

If your office receives donations, please send them to our office as soon as possible after we reopen on January 5 so that we may close the 2014 books as soon as possible.  Our box is 29132 and we are located in the Administration Building Room 300.  May your holidays be richly blessed!

Complementing our brand launch is a new company logo, website and social media sites. Our new logo does more than help people recognize and remember our name – it’s a visual representation of our brand. It incorporates the letter “C” from our name, forming a compass that points up. As a company, we are always looking upward, aspiring to find new and better ways to redefine healthcare.

If your doctor’s office is wanting to do lab work, send you for x-rays or additional tests make sure you remind them you have BCBS insurance so they will send you to an in-network provider.
