We capture the greatest amount of savings while areas are unoccupied so please turn off as much as possible before you leave for the summer. Remember to leave all NETWORK copiers and printers on. Reminder: The Biometric Screenings will be held Tuesday, May 5 through Thursday, May 7, in the Hunter Welcome Center, Zone A. Even if you forget to fast, you should still go to your appointment. Just be sure and tell the technician at the screening.

The final opportunity to register for Dr. Paul Faulkner’s encore presentation on marriage enrichment is here. He will mix his brand of “cornbread” humor with some practical and insightful lessons on making good marriages better. The seminar is FREE for faculty and staff, and childcare will be available. In honor of Mother’s Day, ACU participants will be entered in a drawing for a free night for a couple at the Gruene Mansion Bed and Breakfast, near New Braunfels. We’ll also have a special gift for all women attending the event. Non-ACU couples are welcome for only $15/couple. Please join the ACU Library as we celebrate Elaine Huckabee and her 21 years of dedicated service to ACU. Elaine will be retiring from ACU and we invite you to join us in honoring her on Thursday, May 14th in the Library Atrium from 3:00-4:00 p.m. with a presentation at 3:30 p.m.
Please join the Music Department as we celebrate Glenda Weatherford and her 26 years of dedicated service to our music program. Glenda will be retiring at the end of May and we invite you to honor her with us at a reception on Friday, May 1 in the WPAC North Lobby from 3-5 p.m.
Payroll/HR will be having two training sessions to introduce a new ePAF option. The dates will be April 22 at 2 p.m. or April 23 at 9 a.m. You will now be able to complete an ePAF for exempt staff supplemental pay. These are generally referred to as one-time pay for exempt employees.
Medical care coverage when you travel abroad – Employees with Cigna medical coverage can call 1.866.763.8442, 24 hours a day, seven days a week when they need to access urgent or emergency medical care outside the U.S. Keep this number with your Cigna medical ID card. When you call, you will need the information found on your ID card to submit your claim.
On Thursday, April 23rd, Banner will be moving to a new server for a regularly-scheduled hardware update. Your Internet Native Banner (INB) bookmark, homepage, or Desktop shortcut may no longer work as of this date. Please consult the Technology Support blog for help making the necessary changes on Thursday.
