If you are enrolled in Employee only coverage on the HSA, the annual contribution limit is $3,350, including the $750 ACU contributes. If you are enrolled in Employee plus dependents coverage, the annual contribution limit is $6,750, including the $1,500 ACU contributes. If you are 55+, you are allowed to contribute an additional $1,000 per year. If you and your spouse work at ACU and are both on ACU’s health insurance, the annual contribution limit for your family is $6,750 regardless of which plans you are enrolled in. You can make changes to your HSA contributions at any time by completing the HSA Contribution Change Form, and turning it into the HR office, Box 29106.

The College of Biblical Studies invites you to a retirement reception for Kent Smith on Tuesday, April 26 from 3-4 p.m. in the lower Rotunda of the College of Biblical Studies building. Please join us as we congratulate Kent for the 26 years of service to ACU in the field of missions.

If you would like help setting up and reviewing your GPA account, HSA Bank account, or Discovery Benefits account, HR will be in the Library computer lab on the 3rd floor this Thursday, April 21st from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. We can review your claims, EOBs, HSA or HRA funds, etc.

The Department of Music invites you to a retirement reception honoring Cheryl Lemmons, Staff Accompanist and Collaborative Pianist, for more than 20 years of service to the university. The celebration will be on May 2, from 5:00-6:30 p.m. in the WPAC North Lobby.

The University Procurement Office and Warehouse will be closed for normal business on Friday, May 27, Monday, May 30 for the Memorial Day holiday and Tuesday, May 31st for year-end close and inventory count. During the close we will be accepting all incoming shipments (UPS, FedEx and freight). If there is a need for any shipments that arrive, you can pick up between 8:30-12:00 noon. There will not be any deliveries made, including warehouse stock orders, outgoing shipment pick-ups or recycling. For the outgoing packages there are overnight drop boxes located in the Campus Center, or you may leave your UPS ground packages at the Campus Store dock on a shelf by the back door of the Campus Store receiving area labeled for UPS pick-ups. Three Undergraduate Research Mentors of the Year were named at the Undergraduate Research Festival. They are Dr. Anita Broxson from the School of Nursing, Dr. Michael Daugherity from Engineering and Physics and Dr. Christopher Hutson from Bible, Missions, and Ministry.
