Benefits Tip: Wellness Program FAQ’s

Do you still have questions about the new wellness program?  Are you having trouble registering for the wellness portal?   Were you unable to attend a launch meeting?   If so, please check out our FAQ link to get answers to these questions and many others.  We will try and keep the FAQ link updated throughout the year to help answer any ongoing questions.  If you still have questions, you can find contact information for our wellness coordinator on the FAQ document.

Procurement/Warehouse Summer Hours of Operation

Summer Cashiering Hours

The summer hours for cashiering will be Monday’s and Thursday’s only from 1:30-4:00 p.m. starting May 29, 2017 and ending August 10, 2017.   Normal business hours will resume on August 14, 2017.  If you have any questions please contact Debby at Ext 2093.

Change to Travel Advances & Cash Orders

As of June 1st, all travel advances will need to be requested through the Concur online portal. The ACU campus store will no longer be issuing travel advances or cash advances. Please contact Sara Parker at ext. 6167 in Accounts Payable if you have any questions.

Vocatio Dinner – Dallas – August 18

ACU-Dallas is excited to host a one-night event on faith and work this summer, August 18 (previously a three-day event). Faculty and staff interested in attending may register at the reduced rate of $25. We understand how important health benefits are to you and your family and we would like to get your feedback on the current health plan.

One of our benefits providers has partnered with a reputable research firm, Amplitude Research, to conduct a survey about your experiences with the current health plan program.  Findings from this survey will be used to gain a better understanding of what is working and what can be improved.
