The Travel Office is now providing walk-in training sessions at the Brown Library Computer Lab (BL301) the 3rd Monday of every month from 1-3 p.m! Stephanie Knight will be available to answer any travel related questions or provide hands-on Concur assistance and training. If you cannot attend this training or wish to schedule training for your department, please contact Stephanie Knight via e-mail at snk18a@acu.edu.
ACU is a proud sponsor of Leadercast this year, joining over 100,000 visionaries across 20 countries. This year’s event will be held on Friday, May 10, and the registration fee will be WAIVED for ACU faculty and staff. In order to receive your complimentary ticket, you must complete the online registration by Friday, April 26, using the promo code acu19. The site location is Beltway Park North Campus, 2850 Hwy 351 (one mile past Walmart near ACU).
Dallas employees can search for host sites in the DFW area on the Leadercast website, however a fee will be associated for those locations as ACU is a sponsor of the Abilene community event.
The SRWC will have adjusted hours during Spring Break. For details please visit the SRWC Operating Hours Calendar or the Pool Hours Calendar. Please note that the SRWC will be closed on Friday 3/15 & Saturday 3/16 and group exercise classes will not meet March 11-15.

The Chinese Students Scholars Association would like to invite all faculty and staff to join them in celebrating the Chinese New Year! The event will be catered by Sunrise Chinese Restaurant and will take place on Tuesday, February 26 at 5:30 p.m. at the Hunter Welcome Center. Tickets will be sold at the door.
The Scholars Lab, located on the 3rd floor of Brown Library, will host a video conversation on March 7 at 1 p.m. about SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), a popular software that aids in Research & Data Analysis and extends to many industries and organizations, such as health care, education, and marketing. Dr. Alan Reifman, Human Development and Family Studies professor at Texas Tech University, will offer insights on how best to use the software for research in the social sciences.

Spring Break will be here soon! In preparation, please remember to submit all checks, cash, and credit card receipts to the Finance Office Cashier between 1:30-4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 8th.
During the week of Spring Break, the Cashier will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, March 11-12th, then re-open for normal operating hours 1:30-4:30 p.m. on both Wednesday and Thursday (3/13-14).

Save the date for Leadercast 2019, Friday, May 10th, ACU will once again be a corporate sponsor which allows interested faculty and staff to attend at no charge (Abilene employees). The event will be held at Beltway Park Church, north campus on Hwy 351. Details for registration will be coming soon (do not register on the Leadercast website).
