Hosts of the “Pantsuit Politics” podcast, Betty Silvers and Sarah Stewart Holland, will record live from the Hunter Welcome Center, Nov. 6, at 4 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

There will be stations around the gym for you to learn new ways to de-stress. Stations will include chair yoga, a mobile library, nutritional cooking demo and axe throwing.
