Library launched LibQUAL survey today. The survey link is below!
The ACU Brown Library launched a web-based survey called LibQUAL on Monday, February 1, 2021 to solicit, track, understand, and act upon your opinions of library services. Click here to access the survey! LibQUAL will measure the impact of service, information control, and the library as a place. The data received from the survey will enable the library to assess whether its services are meeting your expectations and provide guidance for the library as it embarks upon a new strategic plan. Your participation in the survey will help the library assess and improve library services. This is an opportunity for faculty, staff, and students to tell the library where they need to improve so that they can better respond to and better manage your expectations. As a way of saying THANK YOU for participating and completing the LibQUAL survey, the library will conduct a drawing for numerous prizes to be announced on Monday, March 1, 2021.
