Benefits Tip: Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Did you know that ACU offers you and your family members no-cost access to licensed counselors through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)? The EAP is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, regardless of whether you elect other benefits coverage through ACU. The EAP offers 100 percent confidential assistance with a variety of situations, including addiction, stress and anxiety, relationship problems, and financial challenges. The EAP can be reached 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by calling 800-538-3543 or visiting cignalap.com.

Benefit Tip: Identity Theft

ACU provides Identity Theft coverage to all benefits-eligible employees at no cost to employees. Employees have the option of adding their dependents for a nominal fee. This service offers income protection, reimbursement for allowable expenses related to the recovery of your identity, and a customer claims representative to aid you in restoring your identity. If you are a victim of identity theft, please call AIG at 1-866-IDHELP2 (434-3572) to get assistance. ACU’s group number is 7077631.

Benefits Tip: Mobile Health Wellness App

Have you downloaded the new wellness program app? The app gives you access to all of your benefits information in one convenient location. You can access benefit ID cards, check on your wellness requirements, view incentives, access additional HR forms and information, and much more. You can download it on Google Play or the Apple Store. You can also access Mobile Health through their website without downloading the app. Here is a link to that website.
