by   |  01.16.24  |  Announcements

The IRS requires ACU to issue a W-2 and 1095-C tax form. We encourage you to sign up to receive your 2023 tax forms electronically through your myACU Banner. To opt into electronic delivery, log in to myACU Banner and navigate to the employee dashboard. In the Taxes section, select “Electronic Regulatory Consent” and check the appropriate boxes before submitting that form.

Once these forms are available on myACU Banner, you will receive an email notification from HR if you opt into electronic delivery. The IRS deadline for the W-2 is January 31, 2024. The 1095-C is unnecessary for filing your taxes and will be available by the March 1, 2024 IRS deadline.

Staff Paid Time Off for 2024

by   |  01.16.24  |  Announcements

One of the great things about working at ACU is the amount of paid time off employees are given. For Full-time employees in 2024, ACU will pay for 19 Holidays and 2 Personal Days. Full-time employees also earn 8 hours of sick leave per month, which is 96 hours per year. Full-time employees earn between 80 and 160 vacation hours annually, depending on how long they’ve worked at ACU. Employees can roll over up to 80 hours of unused vacation each year. For 2024, the rollover date will be December 28. To take advantage of the generous leave balances, it is essential to look ahead at the year now and coordinate scheduled time off with your supervisor.

The bus will be parked in the Nelson Dorm parking lot between Onstead and Halbert-Walling science buildings. Please help us spread the word to anyone on campus and/or your community who might be willing to donate blood. It normally only takes about 20 minutes. WALK-INS ARE WELCOME!
