ACU Dining Feedback Sessions

May 2026 Honor Award Nominations

You are invited to nominate students for the May 2026 Honor Awards! Click on this link to view a list of the eligible graduating seniors in a drop-down menu. Each nomination should include a paragraph or more describing the student’s personal attributes or contributions that correspond to the award. Your input will assist the Student Life committee in making decisions with respect to the final recipients for Honor Man or Honor Woman, Trustees Award, B Sherrod Scholarship and Dean Adams Achievement Award. Nominations are due by noon on Monday, April 6, 2026.

Coffee with KACU March 6

KACU invites the community to come enjoy Monks’ coffee and pastries at the radio station (first floor of the Don Morris Center) on Friday, March 6. Our monthly social gathering begins at 8:30. Benefits Tip: TIAA Consultant on Campus

A consultant from TIAA will be offering individual counseling sessions on campus to discuss your personal financial situation and retirement investments on March 24th and 25th. Spring Break Kids Soccer Camp

ACU Soccer is hosting its annual spring break kids soccer camp March 9-11. We are looking forward to a tremendous staff of ACU coaches, players and other professional coaches to put on the best soccer camp in the Big Country. The camp will run Monday March 9th through Wednesday from 9 a.m.-noon for boys and girls ages 4-13. This is open to kids of all abilities and experience. There will be prizes, competitions, an ACU Soccer camp shirt, and tons of fun! Registration can be found HERE. The Camp will be held at Elmer Gray Stadium at $120 for 3 days, or $44 per day, discounts are available for ACU faculty/staff, multiple brothers/sisters attending camp, and groups/teams with 7 or more. Benefits Tip: Onsite Biometric Screening

ACU is bringing eHealth Screenings back on campus for your convenience! Complete your complimentary biometric screening to help earn points toward your 2027 wellness credit. To avoid the wellness premium surcharge in 2027, all employees and spouses enrolled in ACU’s medical plan for 2026 must complete a biometric screening and annual physical with their physician by 7/31/26. Onsite Screening Dates and Times: ACU (Abilene) – Hunter Welcome Center March 5th & 6th: 7:30 am-12:45 pm. Visit the link for eHealth in the flyer provided HERE to register for your screening. If you are unable to attend one of the on-site screenings, whether you are a remote employee or due to a schedule conflict, you can download a form on the eHealth website to complete your screening with your physician. Follow the steps to schedule a screening to access the form. Please see the attached flyer for additional information about registering for the mobile app. If you have any questions, you can also contact humanresources@acu.edu. REMEMBER: You must fast (no food) for 9 hours before your appointment. Please drink plenty of water. Black coffee is permitted. Continue to take any prescription medications. If you have diabetes, please consult your physician before fasting.

Pay through your Patient Portal

Did you know you can now pay your MACCC bill through your patient portal? In your portal, if you click on statement you can find your account balance and pay right there, and your balance will update the following day. Easier than ever! If you currently have a balance you may receive an email reminding you to pay your outstanding balance. We hope this helps make your paying process much smoother, easier, and transparent!
