With the busy traveling time among us, please keep in mind that ACU has a telemedicine option available. ACU partners with Teladoc to provide telemedicine to all employees and dependents enrolled on the medical plan. Getting sick is never convenient, but telemedicine provides more convenient, quicker access to a medical professional for common conditions. Teladoc allows members to access a doctor from your home, office, or anywhere – 24/7/365. To access Teladoc, you will visit Teladoc.com or the Teladoc app.

ACU’s Center for Experiential Learning and Human Resources Office are partnering together to provide training for Staff and Faculty who supervise student employees. ACU Baseball Summer Youth Camps are coming up June 15–17 and July 13–15  from 5:30-7:30 at Crutcher Scott Field! Campers will enjoy three days of baseball instruction, competition, and fun with ACU Baseball players and coaches. Brain Health: What Actually Works? Simple Habits, Real Research June 10 | 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM

June is Brain Health Awareness Month. Join us to learn what supports a healthy brain as we age. We’ll break down the U.S. POINTER Study from the Alzheimer’s Association and what it tells us about reducing cognitive decline through everyday lifestyle changes. Hey Wildcats, now is a great time to schedule your wellness appointment for you and your dependent(s) to receive your insurance credit for the upcoming year. The ACU Medical Clinic offers the convenience of getting your annual exam AND biometric screening completed in one visit! The deadline to complete both requirements is July 31st, so schedule your appointment before it is too late! The ACU Medical Clinic is open Monday-Friday, 8AM- 4PM. Camp Goodenough hosts 5 girls’ basketball camps in the month of June for girls going into grades K-12th. ACU WBB staff and players are the coaches at these camps. All camps are held in Moody Coliseum. Campers receive a camp ball and a t-shirt. We focus on the fundamentals of basketball, but do have fun competitions as well! The MACCC’s summer hours are Monday-Thursday, 9-1 and closed on Fridays. Our summer runs from May 11-August 6. Also, don’t forget to schedule your wellness this summer! Our spots will fill up quickly so do not wait!
