Benefits Tip: No Cost Labs & Imaging

ACU partners with Quest/Lab and US Imaging to offer $0 labs and imaging to members. The $0 labs and imaging will apply to PPO plan members regardless of deductible amount met, and will apply to HDHP members after their individual deductible has been met. If you enroll in the HDHP plan and haven’t met your individual deductible, you can still utilize Quest and US Imaging for your lab work and imaging as your out of pocket cost will be less than most free standing facilities or hospitals.
