Inclement Weather Procedures

ACU’s Inclement Weather Procedures regarding delays, closures, or early release are regulated by a committee. ACU makes every effort to maintain normal operational hours even during inclement weather.  In the event that the University’s regular business operations are impacted due to weather conditions, announcements regarding the delay or closure will be made as early as possible. The primary form of communication to announce a closure or delay is the ACU ALERT system. The ACU ALERT system will notify all users by text message and/or email in the event of inclement weather or other critical incidents that occur on or around campus.  To learn more or to register for ACU ALERT.
