Employees and spouses (if applicable), who are covered on ACU’s plan, must complete BOTH items for the wellness premium. If you would like to save a minimum of $600 in your health insurance premiums next year, you will need to complete the following:
1. Have your annual wellness exam with your doctor between October 1, 2014 and September 30, 2015.
2. Participate in the Biometric Screenings. There will be ONE final time to participate in the biometric screenings on September 8, 2015. Watch for details.
