The FINAL time to participate in the biometric screenings is Tuesday, September 8, 2015. The screenings will be held 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Living Room of the Campus Center.
- To schedule an appointment, select “I am a new User” (select even if you’ve used the scheduler in the past).
- You will need to bring a photo I.D. and your Cigna insurance card to your appointment.
- You should fast 8 hours before your screening time. If you are unable or forget to fast, just make sure to tell your technician at your appointment.
To verify if you have met the requirements please log into your myCigna account. (Select “How to Register” tab to set up your account) Select “My Health” in the top left corner then select “Incentive Awards” which is located below the Cigna logo.
