Procurement Office & Warehouse Closed for Year End Processes

The University Procurement Office and Warehouse will be closed for normal business on Friday, May 27, Monday, May 30 for the Memorial Day holiday and Tuesday, May 31st for year-end close and inventory count. During the close we will be accepting all incoming shipments (UPS, FedEx and freight). If there is a need for any shipments that arrive, you can pick up between 8:30-12:00 noon. There will not be any deliveries made, including warehouse stock orders, outgoing shipment pick-ups or recycling. For the outgoing packages there are overnight drop boxes located in the Campus Center, or you may leave your UPS ground packages at the Campus Store dock on a shelf by the back door of the Campus Store receiving area labeled for UPS pick-ups.
