Guidance for Meetings

As we work to limit the exposure to COVID, all meeting organizers are encouraged to continue utilizing remote technology to collaborate if possible instead of meeting in person.  If an in-person meeting is necessary, remind attendees of simple measures to lower risk and prevent the spread of viruses (stay home if you don’t feel well or have fever, don’t shake hands, wear masks, practice physical distancing, etc). Provide easy access to handwashing facilities, and make sure alcohol-based sanitizers are readily available to all participants.
