You may call 325-674-2625 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday-Thursday to schedule your appointment. We also have both the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines available to you and your family members 18 and over at no charge, regardless of insurance status.
