Booking Travel through Concur – Vehicle Rentals

by   |  09.09.24  |  Announcements

Booking business-related travel through Concur is strongly recommended. Concur provides multiple benefits such as lower rental rates, full coverage insurance for Enterprise/National rental vehicles, and customer support from Corporate Travel Planners (CTP/CTM). Enterprise/National is ACU’s preferred vehicle rental provider. If a vehicle rental is booked outside of Concur with Enterprise/National, employees must ensure that insurance coverage is applied by providing ACU’s contract ID with Enterprise XZ65059. The contract ID must be provided at the time of the booking. For non-Enterprise/National rentals, insurance is not included in the rental rate and employees and or guests will need to add insurance to the rental at the time of booking. See the University Drivers Policy when determining which type of rental insurance coverage to accept. Please contact the Office of Institutional Compliance & Risk Management with insurance or driver policy questions at 325-674-6142 or risk@acu.edu. Please contact the ACU travel office at travel@acu.edu if you have travel-related questions.
