Are you planning on getting the COVID vaccine soon? Have you already been vaccinated? Are you interested in helping scientists better understand the strength and longevity of the COVID vaccine? If so, please contact CovidResearch@acu.edu to volunteer in our research project. Volunteers will simply donate a small sample of blood. Each donation should take about 5 minutes and no more than 15 minutes.
ACU’s fourth Day of Giving is just around the corner! On Tuesday, April 27, you’re invited to give back to current students in honor of those who made your own ACU experience special. Teaching and Learning with LinkedIn Learning Thursday, April 8, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm. Come and explore our online learning library, LinkedIn Learning. Learn how to gain access to data insights from the LinkedIn ecosystem, how to use LinkedIn content to support your curricula, and how faculty members across the state of Texas benefit from this technology. “Photoshop It” Thursday, April 8, 2:00 – 3:00 pm “Photoshop It!” You are probably familiar with this phrase used when altering an image. Learn how to enhance your photos with three photo hacks: removing objects, replacing skies, and recoloring images. RSVP here.
From Risk Management: If your department needs disinfectant supplies or personal protective equipment (PPE) please complete this COVID-19 Supply Request Form. Risk Management has EPA-recommended disinfectant, hand sanitizer, and personal protective equipment that may be needed for daily operations. If you need new COVID-19 signage for your department or building then please contact Risk Management at risk@acu.edu.

Sue Wright has been an essential part of the Operations Department serving the ACU community for 32 years. Please join us at a retirement reception honoring Sue for her service and to express our best wishes.
