Homecoming is just a few months away, with a big celebration planned for Oct. 13-16. New Beverage Agreement and Pricing – Effective May 9, 2022
ACU is excited to announce an exclusive agreement and partnership with Coca-Cola. The contract allows for the sale or promotion of any product available only through Coca-Cola on our campus. In order to stay in compliance, all beverages must be purchased through Coca-Cola. We ask your help and cooperation in honoring both the stated intent and the spirit of the contract. Available on campus, there is a selection of drinks stocked in the Warehouse or you can place special orders through a Coca-Cola portal, myCoke.com. If you purchase beverages for your department, contact the Purchasing office to request new user access to the ACU account on myCoke.com.
We ask that you order the products listed below through the ACU warehouse only. All prices for products stocked in the warehouse have been compared to market value. To help offset the cost, we are discounting the price on all drink purchases through the warehouse only. Prices are subject to changes as market value fluctuates. We will commit that pricing will not change until May 2024.

A consultant from TIAA will be offering individual counseling sessions on campus to discuss your personal financial situation and retirement investments on 5/17-5/18, in the Brown Library Idea Room 2. To schedule an appointment, call 1-866-843-5640, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-8 p.m. (EST). You can also register for an appointment online. Appointments fill up fast and are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
Some of our international student organizations could greatly benefit from having additional advisors to guide and support them in the upcoming school year. On Wednesday, April 27, ACU’s Title IX office invites you to participate in National Denim Day by wearing denim. Denim Day is a campaign to show “support to survivors by renewing our commitment to exposing harmful behaviors and attitudes surrounding sexual violence.” Read more about the origins of this campaign here.
