If your department would be interested in hosting Hospitali-Tea one week, you may contact Ariel Bloomer (amb18g@acu.edu).
If you are enrolled in ACU’s medical plan and want an easy way to earn your credit for receiving your biometric screening, please schedule an appointment for one of our on-site screenings.
Onsite Screening Dates and Times:
Abilene – Hunter Welcome Center, Reeves Conference Room, April 6-8th, 7:30-11 a.m. The easiest way to schedule your appointment is through the Mobile Health Consumer app. Once you are registered for the app, simply open your app and click “Biometric Screening” on the home page under the “Just for you” section. Then, click on “Schedule a Screening” and pick a time that works best for you. You can also schedule your appointment through the Mobile Health Website. To download the Mobile Health Consumer app:
Click here to download on the App Store
Click here for Android App on Google play
Or visit the Mobile Health Website here. Please know that the biometric screening can replace the lab work you normally have completed with your annual exam. You will be able to view your results within the Mobile Health Consumer wellness app. We encourage you to discuss your results with your doctor during your annual exam. If you cannot attend one of the onsite screenings, whether you are a remote employee or due to a schedule conflict, there is a form on the eHealth website to download to complete your screening with your physician. Follow the steps to schedule a screening to access the form. Please review this document for additional information. If you have any trouble downloading the Mobile Health app or scheduling your screening, please contact HR at humanresources@acu.edu.
