We offer a wellness program to not only provide you with resources to live your healthiest lifestyle, but to also give you an opportunity to decrease your medical premiums. To earn the wellness credit in 2025, you must complete the following 2 activities between October 1, 2023 and July 31, 2024:

1. Receive annual exam with your doctor

2. Receive biometric screening (either onsite or with your doctor)

NOTE: Any new hires hired after 4/1/24 will automatically receive the wellness credit for 2025.

A consultant from TIAA will be offering individual counseling sessions on campus to discuss your personal financial situation and retirement investments on June 11 and 12 in the Hardin Administration building Legal Conference Room-ADM 112. You can register for an appointment online by selecting the in-person option. Appointments fill up fast and are reserved on a first come, first served basis. Register here.

You and your covered dependents have access to The Standard’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This confidential service offers free over-the-phone counseling any time, day or night, to help you with a variety of personal situations. The EAP also provides up to 3 counseling sessions for both you and your covered dependents, either in person or over the phone. Counselors can help with concerns such as emotional well-being and health, relationships, parenting and addiction. To further enhance our commitment to protect you and your family, ACU provides Identity Theft coverage to all benefits-eligible employees at no cost to you. We also give you the option to purchase this coverage for your dependents. This service will offer income protection, reimbursement for allowable expenses related to the recovery of your identity, and a customer claims representative to aid you in the process of restoring your identity. ACU partners with Quest/Lab and US Imaging to offer $0 labs and imaging to members. The $0 labs and imaging will apply to PPO plan members regardless of deductible amount met, and will apply to HDHP members after their individual deductible has been met. If you enroll in the HDHP plan and haven’t met your individual deductible, you can still utilize Quest and US Imaging for your lab work and imaging as your out of pocket cost will be less than most free standing facilities or hospitals. You can find information on the lab/imaging options in your HealthComp member portal or you can reach out to HealthComp for more information.
